How is the Push Mini course different than Prenatal Pilates & Push Prep?
Great question! The Push Mini Course includes ONLY the most needed pushing techniques and birth tips to help women in later pregnancy prepare for birth. Unlike Prenatal Pilates & Push Prep, there is no workout curriculum to support strengthening your pelvic floor and core ahead of birth.
There are also no resources for VBAC, Prolapse, Diastasis Recti, Pelvic Pain, or for Postpartum Recovery.
The Push Mini course is significantly less comprehensive than Push Prep and should only be done if you are truly short on time.
Should birth partners join?
Birth partners will benefit most from watching the Childbirth & Pushing Without Fear workshop in the dashboard which covers birth partner hands-on pain relief tips.
If I choose the course option with the postnatal course, when do I get access to it?
You can start your postnatal course whenever you like, you will see it on your dashboard with this course purchase.
