E-courses and videos are sold as electronic documents. Hard copies are not available at this time unless specified on the product page.

You are purchasing one single copy of the online product. Duplicating, sharing, or uploading product files to sharing sites is considered stealing, those who decide this is a bright idea will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

You may not use the Product or the materials available on the Product in a manner that constitutes an infringement of our rights or that has not been authorized by us. More specifically, unless explicitly authorized by the owner of the materials, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any material from the Product.

Course Refund Policy: Our commitment with everything that we do is to help you improve your health and fitness.  These programs are for individuals who are serious about improving their life. These programs are downloadable and/or viewable through streaming. There are no refunds, no exceptions. Please read the product descriptions carefully and ensure you are aware of what you are getting. Note that it is your responsibility to ensure your computer is up for the job.

Technology Issues: You are responsible for ensuring you have all of the necessary technology to run these online programs. Refunds will not be offered based on your technical issues. Please ensure you can clearly view our preview videos and download the sample documents in advance of purchase if you have any concerns about your computer’s capacity to handle this type of program. We will not be liable for any technical issues beyond the steady serving of our own website.

Online Delivery: 

Delivery of e-books or documents to accompany class registration should be received within five minutes of placing order. This is an automated process and should function efficiently 24 hours a day. If you do not see an email with a confirmation and link to download your product, please do the following:

  • Confirm that payment went through
  • Confirm that you entered the correct email address
  • Confirm that the document did not go to any other folders, such as junk/trash

All orders will have a receipt number. If you are not sure whether a purchase went through, email nikki(at)thebellemethod(dot)com and someone will look into the matter and get back to you within two business days.

 


 

Cancellation Policies

LIVE CLASSES

Registration and payment for classes/workshops/events is non-refundable. Due to the limited class size, we cannot offer you a refund should you have to cancel.

Cancellations made more than 1 week before the event start date will be credited to the account and can be transferred to a future class/workshop/event.

Cancellations made less than a week from the event will not be credited or refunded. 

The class/workshop is also completely transferable. Should you be unable to attend, you are welcome to send someone in your place.

Due to limited capacity, we are unable to reserve spots in any classes, workshops or retreats without payment. 

MAKE UP CLASS POLICY

We understand life happens and things may prevent you from attending class. We offer students two make up classes to use within the current session. So students may attend another class time/location to make up the class they missed. Make up classes cannot be transferred to future sessions, but must be used within the same time period as the current session.

PRIVATE TRAINING

All in-person and online private training or wellness appointments must be made a minimum of 24 hours, prior to your appointment time. We have a limited amount of appointments available and they are in high demand. Any appointments cancelled outside of the 24 hours will be charged in full. Thank you for your understanding.
