Pelvic Health Guidance

We work closely with Pelvic Health Physiotherapists across Canada and beyond. Why? These highly trained professionals offer life changing tools to help women (and men) overcome issues from incontinence, constipation and diastasis recti to pelvic pain and prolapse. We’ve seen it with our own eyes time and again.

In fact, our entire Bump Method pre and postnatal video series was created with the guidance of Pelvic Health Physiotherapists.
