The Bump Method offers personal training for pregnant and postpartum women. We combine Pilates, Pelvic Health research and functional training to support women in achieving a healthy and fit pregnancy, a smoother birth and an easier postpartum recovery.

We offer online Zoom/Skype training and in-home personal training.

The Bump Method instructors are all fully certified pre and postnatal experts in the fitness field with a passion for women’s health and wellness. Get a custom program with your own expert coach teaching you how to connect to your deep core and pelvic floor, improve your technique and prevent common issues like bladder leakage, pelvic organ prolapse and diastasis recti (commonly referred to as separated abdominals).
