Rib flare is a hot topic! This isn't just an aesth Rib flare is a hot topic! This isn't just an aesthetic issue of "wider ribs" after pregnancy. 

This is about:
1️⃣Stuck breathing mechanics
2️⃣A diaphragm that can't descend 
3️⃣A nervous system that can't regulate (no vagus nerve stim)
4️⃣Diastasis recti that won't improve. 

I have a whole rib flare highlight, but here are some new band movements I haven't shared before that can reeeeeally help train the muscles that support the rib cage in learning how to mobilize back down. 

We have a whole education module dedicated to rib flare in the Core Restore Course. It's often the missing piece to improving diastasis (ab separation) but also has a big impact on your nervous system via its impact on breathing mechanics.

Diastasis recti recovery isn't about avoiding load Diastasis recti recovery isn't about avoiding load, it's about loading intelligently. 

Crunches are not the best place to start as they often bypass the necessary steps of building deep fascial tension across tissue that has become stretched throughout pregnancy. 

Start with your deep TVA, control pressure, use 360 breathing and find ways to reduce distortion in your linea alba - these are 4 exercises that do exactly that. 

This is just the tip of the iceberg of what I teach inside the 12-Week Core Restore program.
