Yes—once you’ve finished Core Restore. This is not the first postpartum exercise you should do.

You can do some of the standing workouts, but the program is not designed for pregnancy. You’ll have to modify a lot, so you’ll want to do Push Prep for the best prenatal specific training (and to reduce diastasis recti and pelvic floor pressure!)

We recommend completing the Core Restore program before trying the Booty Challenge, especially if you have prolapse.
