It’s best to start with Core Restore if you are dealing with any core or pelvic floor dysfunction. Core Restore will give you a longer 12-week progressive program to follow plus 12 modules of education, live classes and workshops for proper healing. Body Basics is best for beginners who are not dealing with these more complex issues.
