Did the Finkelstein test in the video re-create your pain symptoms?

Then you probably have some degree of “mommy wrist or mommy thumb”.

Moms can essentially get carpal tunnel from holding and carrying baby.

It’s called De Quervain’s Tenosynovitis and is the swelling of tendons that run along the thumb side of the wrist. The swelling can put pressure on nerves and create pain and numbness.

This condition affects women about 10 x more than men.
