Each week enjoy an in-person 60 minute class with Nikki, creator of The Belle Method. Workouts will increase in challenge each week as we progress through the program.
Babies welcome! This program is appropriate to start no sooner than 3-4 weeks after an uncomplicated vaginal delivery. We recommend waiting at least 6 weeks after a cesarean birth or 3rd or 4th degree tearing.
It’s also never too late to start this work, even if your baby is much older!
Connect with other moms in a safe and nurturing environment. You will feel greater body awareness with deeper strength and mind muscle connection by the end of our time together!
