45 mins | California Barre with Sophia: A high-energy session focused on alignment and sculpting.
90 mins | The Belle Method Pilates & Pelvic Floor Workshop with Nikki: An in-depth session to transform your core, followed by Q&A.
30 mins | Project E Beauty Presentation: Learn about LED technology and enjoy “Masks & Mingling.”
Participants will enjoy Project E-Beauty LED red light therapy masks throughout the session.
