When a woman understands her body, she stands taller. She speaks more clearly. She moves through the world with a quiet, undeniable strength and confidence. This is women rising, one breath, one workout at a time. 

It's reclaiming strength. It's a privilege to guide, but even more powerful to witness. ❤️

I felt emotional today at The Abrahamic Family Hou I felt emotional today at The Abrahamic Family House here in Abu Dhabi. While I don't identify as a particularly religious person, I felt connected to a higher power. I felt connected to the other human beings around me, from all races and creeds. 

@abrahamicfh encompasses a mosque, a church, a synagogue and a Forum to learn and nurture mutual understanding.

Each place of worship is the exact same size, same colour and built with the same materials to show that none is superior to the other. 

As I spend the next week here in the Middle East teaching women about their pelvic health through Pilates, I am reminded that we are more similar than we are different. I am reminded of our shared humanity. ❤️

That message felt like it needed a permanent spot in this feed.
