Dana Thody


Dana is a dancer who discovered Pilates during her professional training and decided to become a mat instructor through Physical Mind Canada. Her love of movements led her into the fitness arena teaching  Pilates Mat, group fitness classes, bootcamps and working one on one with clients. Upon recovery from a broken foot she became intrigued by the minute details of rehabilitation. She recently completed her comprehensive training with BASI (Body Arts Science International) based in California.

Dana has worked along side pelvic floor specialists and taken movement courses on Osteoporosis. She has found a niche teaching proper alignment and movement techniques to allow her clients to feel taller and eliminate pain. She believes we can all be pain-free and uses the teachings of Joseph Pilates, her dance training and her fitness training to help her clients achieve this.
