Restore your Core & Pelvic Floor as you build strength and confidence with Pilates and Functional Training.
Each week enjoy an in-person 60 minute class with Nikki, creator of The Belle Method. Workouts will increase in challenge each week as we progress through the program.
Babies welcome! This program is appropriate to start no sooner than 3-4 weeks after an uncomplicated vaginal delivery. We recommend waiting at least 6 weeks after a cesarean birth or 3rd or 4th degree tearing.
Membership to our online live Postnatal Pilates Classes is also included, so you can train twice per week (once in person, once on zoom Tuesdays at 2 pm).
It’s also never too late to start this work, even if your baby is much older!
