Q: How do I get the videos once I purchase them?
A: In order to watch your BelleMethod, or BumpMethod video, you’ll need to be logged into your bellemethod.com acccount.
Once you’re logged in, click on “Video Access”, underneath “My Account”, to see the index page of video courses that thebellemethod.com offers. Click the title of the video you’ve purchased to begin!
Q: When will my videos arrive?
A: No DVD product will ship. You have purchased a digital DVD-quality video(s) that can be watched online on any device (phone, iPad, laptop etc). Watch as often as you like! You just need to login to your Belle Method account each time.
Q: When I click on a video, it says “Not Found”. What gives?
A: If you’re getting a “not found” message when you click on a video, it’s because your account doesn’t have access to it. Click on “My Account” in the menu bar, and review your recent orders to confirm that the video you’re trying to watch is one which you’ve purchased.
If you’ve done this, and still receive a ‘not found’ error, then please get in touch with email@example.com for assistance.
Q: How do I log into my bellemethod.com account?

A: Your username is by default, the first part of the email you entered on checkout. For example, if my email is firstname.lastname@example.org, then my username will be suzie.
This information is emailed to you when you create your account on thebellemethod.com. You can search your inbox for a message with the subject line “Your account on The Belle Method” to see exactly what your username is, if you can’t remember.
Q: What is my password? Can I reset it?
A: Your password was set when you created your account (likely while checking out). It can be reset here.
Q: Do I have to watch the whole workout all at once?
A: No, each video is broken into clips below the full workout, which is at the top of each “viewing” page for the video.
