The Bump Method prenatal workout is a safe and effective program designed to support women in a healthy and fit pregnancy. We combine Pilates, low-impact dance, targeted stretching and deep overall muscle toning with 1 - 3 lb. weights. You will not do any gym-like "crunches" but rather will learn to connect to your deepest layer of abdominal muscles, called your "transverse abdominis". You will also learn to both activate and release your pelvic floor in preparation for delivery!

Learn how to prevent diastasis recti ( abdominal separation, often called "mummy tummy"), maintain good posture and prevent back pain. Prep your body for birth and an easy post-baby body recovery!

We also recommend supplementing your group class with our at-home prenatal Bump Method video workout series. There's a video for each trimester of pregnancy, and the movements were designed with the guidance of a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist and represent the latest in exercise science for pregnancy.

Belle Fusion is a transformative full-body workout guided by Pilates, inspired by Dance and informed by Science. Strengthen and sculpt from the inside out using a fusion of functional movement, deep core and pelvic floor activation and mindful rebalancing exercise.

Get ready to sweat and burn to music using eccentric, muscle fibre lengthening exercises that maximize muscle activation.  We use small props for big results: small weights ( 1 to 3 lb.), booty bands, and mini Pilates balls.

We take abdominal work and total body strengthening to a greater intensity using concentrated movements and deep muscle recruitment. We use small props for big results: flex bands, 2 – 3 lb weights and mini-balls. Prepare to strengthen, lengthen and sweat! You will connect with your body in new ways, align your posture, understand how to functionally train your muscles and get radical results!

BUMP POSTNATAL Mom & Baby Sept/Oct

This mom & baby class is what new postpartum moms need to restore their core and reclaim their bodies after giving birth! Reconnect to your deep abdominal muscles and pelvic floor, flatten your tummy and fix diastasis recti, realign your posture and strengthen from the inside out with targeted exercises. Bring your baby carrier - no additional weights needed! What truly differentiates us is that both mom and baby will benefit! After 50 minutes of working out, moms will spend the final 10 minutes of each class learning osteopathic techniques to help their babies learn early primitive reflexes necessary for healthy infant development.

Osteopathy is a gentle and non-invasive manual therapy that aids the body’s natural ability to heal and restore function. It has incredible benefits for babies in the relief of potential trauma that often happens during birth. These traumas can contribute to common early infant symptoms such as an inability to tolerate tummy time, plagiocephaly, flat head/odd shaped head and feeding difficulties. Baby movements focus on removing any bio mechanical  blocks and will establish appropriate muscle tone, strength and joint mobility for future growth and maturation.
