As a mother of three young children, Beatrix Nagy understands the limited time most women have to exercise, so you will always get the most out of her classes.
Beatrix has been a group fitness instructor since 1999 and is a Stott Pilates Instructor. Though passionate about cardio exercises like skip rope and old-school step aerobics, over time she has come to appreciate anatomy-rich Pilates, through which Beatrix aims to provide clients with a more balanced and tension-free body, allowing them to continue to enjoy the physical activities they love.
A Toronto native, Beatrix studied ballet from the age of 5 to 18 and has been an amateur Hungarian folk dancer all her life. She plays competitive tennis at the Inter-County Tennis level and soccer with the Toronto High Park Football Club. Beatrix holds a Bachelor of Social Work from McGill University and an M.B.A. from Seton Hall University in New Jersey.
